Foundations of the Way, Part 7 of 7: Assembly, Salvation, Ministry, and Eternal Hope
Beliefs 23–27 address the life, perseverance, calling, and final hope of the people of YHWH. Believers of the Way United teaches that the assembly is not a building, denomination, or religious institution, but the living fellowship of those called out by YHWH.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 6 of 7: The Goodness of YHWH, Righteous Work, and Stewardship
Beliefs 19–22 move from the character of YHWH to the conduct of His people. Believers of the Way United teaches that YHWH is inherently, eternally, and unconditionally good.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 5 of 7: Marriage, Baptism, and Whole-Person Health
Beliefs 16–18 address three separate areas of covenant life: marriage, baptism, and health. Believers of the Way United teaches that marriage is a sacred covenant ordained by YHWH at creation between one man and one woman.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 4 of 7: Torah, Sabbath, Judgment, Feasts, and Holy Living
Beliefs 11–15 address several distinct areas of covenant life. First, Believers of the Way United teaches that the Torah is the divine instruction of YHWH and has not been abolished or made irrelevant. It remains the righteous standard by which His people learn obedience, holiness, justice, and faithful living.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 3 of 7: Death, the Soul, and the Hope of Resurrection
Beliefs 8–10 establish the hope of the believer in the resurrection rather than in the idea of an immortal soul living apart from the body. Believers of the Way United teaches that death is a state of unconsciousness, silence, and non-existence.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 2 of 7: The One God, His Messiah, and His Spirit
Beliefs 5–7 establish how Believers of the Way United understands YHWH, Yeshua the Messiah, and the Holy Spirit. We begin with the confession that YHWH is absolutely one and indivisible.
-
Foundations of the Way, Part 1 of 7: Revelation, Creation, and Human Dignity
The first four beliefs of Believers of the Way United establish the foundation for how we understand Scripture, creation, and the human person. We begin with the conviction that YHWH has spoken — not through mechanical dictation, but through inspired thoughts, revelations, and divine truth communicated to the hearts and minds of chosen writers.
